Which machines are supported?
Any embroidery machine that reads PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3 or XXX files — Brother, Babylock, Tajima, Melco, Janome, Husqvarna, Pfaff, Singer and more. You choose the format once in Settings.
Can I use my own fonts?
Yes. Upload your digitized alphabet as per-letter stitch files, one size at a time. A coverage grid shows which characters are still missing.
How accurate is the preview?
The preview is rendered from the same stitch file you download for production — same stitches, same placement, same size. What your customer approves is what your machine sews.
What happens if a customer types an unsupported character?
The widget tells them which character isn't available and blocks the order until the text fits the font — no surprises in your queue.
